NBC NEWS TO PRESENT EXTENSIVE “DECISION 2024” COVERAGE ON SUPER TUESDAY

Tom Llamas, Hallie Jackson, Kristen Welker to Anchor Six Hours of Special Coverage on NBC News NOW

NBCNews.com to feature live updates and results coverage, a delegate tracker, and live reporting and analysis throughout primary day

Feb. 29, 2024 — NBC News will continue “Decision 2024” coverage ahead of Super Tuesday on March 5, in which 16 U.S. states and territories will hold presidential primaries and caucuses. Special broadcast and streaming coverage will last from 5 p.m. until midnight and include live updates and reporting from the NBC News team on the ground around the country. 

NBC Nightly News Anchor Lester Holt and TODAY Co-Anchor Savannah Guthrie anchor special one-hour coverage at 10 p.m., breaking down results and featuring reporting and analysis from Jackson, Llamas, and Meet the Press Moderator Kristen Welker. The special report will air on NBC and simulcast on NBC News NOW. 

NBC News NOW will kick off early evening coverage at 5 p.m. anchored by Top Story Anchor Tom Llamas and Hallie Jackson NOW Anchor Hallie Jackson. The program will feature on-the-ground reporting and in-depth analysis along with detailed breakdowns of results with NBC News Chief Political Analyst Chuck Todd as early exits and returns come in throughout the evening. 

Kristen Welker picks up special coverage at 11 p.m. on NBC News NOW, with ongoing coverage of the results and in-depth analysis of the night with expert panelists and correspondents.

The NBCNews.com homepage will be dedicated to Super Tuesday and a delegate map, while the daily 2024 liveblog will once again feature analysis, scoops, and key race updates from the entire 2024 team. The site will also track key down-ballot races, featuring live-updating results pages, a delegate tracker for the primary, and many more resources that outline the road ahead for the candidates ahead of this summer’s conventions.
