Delivers Second Largest Audience In Five Weeks

Posts Strong Year-over-Year Gains Across the Board

Continues Domination In Influential Washington D.C. Market

November 15, 2016— On the Sunday following the election, “Meet the Press with Chuck Todd” was the most-watched Sunday show in the key viewer demos of A25-54 and A18-49, topping the competition by double digits, and delivered its second-largest total viewer audience in five weeks.

The #1 rank in the A25-54 demo marks MTP’s second-highest demo audience since January 24, 2016, seventh straight win, and 23rd win out of the last 25 weeks the show has aired.

The NBC program also delivered significant year-over-year gains among the competition, growing by double digits in the A25-54 and A18-49 demos, +32% and +51% respectively, and in total viewers (+8%) versus the same Sunday in 2015.

MTP drew 3.8 million total viewers, its second highest audience in five weeks,  and topped “This Week” by 250,000 viewers.  In the A25-54 demo, MTP topped ABC by +303,000 viewers and CBS by +209,000.

MTP continues to lead the influential Washington, D.C. market by a wide margin in both total viewers and the key demo, and has ranked #1 in total viewers every Sunday in Washington for nearly two years (since 3/22/2015).

“Meet the Press” drew an additional  716,000 total viewers and 196 ,000 A25-54 viewers with rebroadcasts on MSNBC.
