NBC News and MSNBC Special Coverage of the Deadly Attacks in Nice, France

NBC News and MSNBC will provide ongoing coverage of the deadly attacks in Nice, France.

Tonight, Lester Holt will anchor “NBC Nightly News” live from Nice, France.

At 10pm ET, Holt will also anchor a special hour of “Dateline NBC” from Nice. Harry Smith, Dennis Murphy, Keith Morrison, Andrea Canning and Josh Mankiewicz will file stories for “The Bastille Day Attack: A Dateline Special.”

Earlier today, Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie anchored a special edition of TODAY, “Terror in France.”

Yesterday, MSNBC broke in to report the news at 5:41pm ET. Brian Williams led MSNBC’s ongoing live coverage from 6:01pm ET to 8:02pm ET and later returned to anchor from 11pm ET to 1 am ET.
