First-Of-Its-Kind Live Wedding Event Airs on TODAY Thursday, March 24

Cast of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2”and Triple-Platinum Recording Artist Andy Grammer to Join For Special Surprises

NEW YORK – March 21, 2016 – Wedding bells are ringing once again on NBC’s TODAY and this year’s nuptials will be a first-of-its-kind event. “My Big Fat TODAY Wedding: Married on the Move” will air live on TODAY Thursday, March 24.  Inspired by the upcoming release of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2,” the TODAY wedding will feature surprises from the cast of the movie. Triple-platinum recording artist Andy Grammer will also be a special guest.

In February, TODAY searched for viewers with big, fun families and boisterous love stories to enter the “My Big Fat TODAY Wedding” contest. The field was narrowed to three couples and America voted, selecting Kaitlin Roseman and John West from Chicago. Every aspect of the wedding – from the gown, to the rings, cake, bridesmaid dresses and more – have been chosen by viewers and will be revealed on-air on the big day at New York’s legendary Rainbow Room.     

The wedding will be available on TODAY.com after it airs. Viewers can follow on social media using #TODAYWedding.
