Bieber Will Perform a Live Concert with Special Guests Wednesday, November 18

NEW YORK – November 12, 2015 – Justin Bieber returns to NBC’s TODAY next week for the debut of his new album, Purpose.  Bieber will talk to Matt Lauer in a live one-on-one interview Monday, November 16, and he will perform a live concert on Rockefeller Plaza Wednesday, November 18.
