JUNE 25, 2015 — Lester Holt will anchor “NBC Nightly News” from Charleston, South Carolina on Friday, following the funeral of Rev. Clementa Pinckney, the pastor killed in last week’s church shooting.

In the afternoon, Holt will anchor an NBC News Special Report providing live coverage of President Obama’s eulogy for Rev. Pinckney.
