March 22, 2023 – NBCUniversal News Group has launched its first ever Shop TODAY Beauty Awards, highlighting 119 award-winning products across 36 categories on its digital hub at TODAY.com/BeautyAwards. The products will also be featured across broadcast on TODAY, 3rd Hour of TODAY and TODAY with Hoda & Jenna beginning Wednesday, March 22.

Staffers across Shop TODAY and TODAY tested 457 products over the span of a month to determine the top performers in skin care, hair care, body care, makeup and beauty tools. Winning products were also reviewed by a panel of experts, including Dr. Michelle Henry, Dr. Dendy Engelman, Dr. Macrene Alexiades, celebrity makeup artist Tobi Henney, celebrity hair stylist Kevin Kelly and cosmetic chemist Ron Robinson. From tried-and-true favorites to underrated picks that surprised users, the Shop TODAY Beauty Award winners make up the best of beauty in 2023.

In addition to the digital destination on TODAY.com, the Shop TODAY Beauty Award winners will be featured across TODAY beginning Wednesday, March 22. On Thursday, the 3rd Hour of TODAY will highlight the top products under $25 and on Friday, TODAY with Hoda & Jenna will feature trending products including beauty tools, skin care and makeup.
