August 23, 2022 – NBC News NOW will present special coverage of the Senate, congressional and gubernatorial primary races in Florida and New York during the Meet the Press: Election Night Special tonight, beginning at 9 pm ET.

The special, hosted by NBC News Political Director and Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd and Chief White House Correspondent Kristen Welker, will feature the latest breaking news in the primary races and key insight and analysis throughout the night.

The primetime special will feature the full breadth of NBC News correspondents and reporters on the ground in key primary states, including NBC News correspondent Shaquille Brewster in Florida and NBC News correspondent Dasha Burns in New York. Plus, Cook Political Report Editor-in-Chief Amy Walter, The Dispatch CEO and editor and NBC News political analyst Stephen Hayes, Democratic pollster and NBC News political analyst Cornell Belcher, former Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.) and NBC News national political correspondent Steve Kornacki will join with the latest analysis.

Todd and Welker will also interview Florida gubernatorial candidates Rep. Charlie Crist (D-Fla.) and Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Nikki Fried (D-Fla.).
