May 17, 2022 – NBC News NOW will present special coverage of the consequential Pennsylvania and North Carolina Senate primaries and Pennsylvania gubernatorial primary during the Meet the Press: Election Night Special tonight, beginning at 8pm ET.

The special, hosted by NBC News Political Director and Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd and Chief White House Correspondent Kristen Welker, will feature the latest breaking news in the primary races and key insight and analysis throughout the night.

The primetime special will feature the full breadth of NBC News correspondents and reporters on the ground in key primary states, including Dasha Burns, Vaughn Hillyard and Sahil Kapur from Pennsylvania, as well as Antonia Hylton from North Carolina. Plus, Symone Sanders, Joshua Johnson, Marc Caputo and Natasha Korecki will join for the latest analysis.

Todd and Welker will also be joined by U.S. Senate candidate Malcolm Kenyatta, U.S. Senate candidate Pat McCrory and former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter. The special is part of an ongoing series of midterm election specials airing on NBC News NOW throughout 2022, with the next installment on May 24.
