NBC NEWS’ INTERACTIVE TOOL – PLAN YOUR VOTE – RETURNS AHEAD OF THE 2022 MIDTERM ELECTIONS

NBC News’ State-By-State Voting Guide is Available at NBCNews.com/PlanYourVote Beginning Today

Plan Your Vote is Available to Voters in Both English and Spanish, in Collaboration with Telemundo

March 15, 2022 – NBC News’ interactive tool, Plan Your Vote, is back as consequential primary contests begin to take place across the country and the 2022 midterm landscape begins to take shape, leading up to the 2022 midterm elections in November.

Plan Your Vote provides a comprehensive, state-by-state guide of information voters need to know about the voting rules where they live and major changes since the 2020 elections, including registration deadlines, mail-in voting, early in-person voting, and more.

In collaboration with Telemundo, the tool is available in both English and Spanish, with the ability to toggle between the two languages without leaving the page. Plan Your Vote is available at both NBCNews.com/PlanYourVote and PlanificaTuVoto.com.

New Plan Your Vote features since its launch in 2020 include a rundown of rules for the selected location and election; a national map to compare rules across different states; a “next big deadline” reminder for each rules section; directions on how to vote in your primary; a rundown on any voting changes since 2020; and the ability to sign up for email updates as rules change in your state.

The tool was built and is powered by the NBC News Data Graphics team, and the most up-to-date, real-time information supplied by the NBC News Decision Desk and politics team. Today also marks the launch of the NBCUniversal News Group’s robust marketing campaign to support the Plan Your Vote initiative.
