Making Space with Hoda Kotb Debuts Monday, September 20, Where Podcasts Are Available

NEW YORK – September 14, 2021 – Hoda Kotb and NBC News’ TODAY are launching a new original podcast, Making Space With Hoda Kotb. The series premieres with two episodes Monday, September 20. Audio trailer and subscription are available here.

Kotb’s debut podcast will focus on the importance of “making space” in life to find happiness. Each week, Kotb will hear from inspiring guests who share personal stories of perseverance and triumph. Kotb’s signature interview style will take listeners on a journey of life lessons and self-discovery.

In the premiere episode, Pastor Michael Todd of the Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will join Kotb for an honest, high-energy discussion about the power of life transformation. Then, best-selling author Suleika Jaouad will detail her experience surviving a deadly cancer diagnosis and what she learned from her surprising journey. Jaouad’s partner, Academy Award-winning musician Jon Batiste, will also join the interview.

New subsequent episodes will be released each Monday on Apple PodcastsSpotify and wherever podcasts are available. Guests will include best-selling authors Mitch Albom and Anne Lamott, with additional names to be announced in the coming weeks. Making Space With Hoda Kotb is an eight-episode series.
