SAVANNAH GUTHRIE INTERVIEWS PRESIDENT OBAMA LIVE ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Exclusive Interview to Air Live From the White House Sunday, February 1 during NBC’s Super Bowl Pre-Game Show

Additional Taped Interview with Obama and Guthrie to Air Monday, February 2 on TODAY

NEW YORK – January 26, 2014 – – In an exclusive interview, President Barack Obama will talk to Savannah Guthrie live from the White House on Super Bowl Sunday.  The interview is set to air live during NBC’s Super Bowl Pre-Game Show.

Guthrie will conduct an additional taped interview with President Obama, which will air Monday, February 2 on NBC’s TODAY.

As previously announced, Guthrie along with Al Roker will anchor TODAY live from Block 23 in Phoenix, Ariz., Friday and Saturday January 30 and 31.  TODAY’s coverage from Phoenix continues through game day on Sunday, February 1. NBC Sports’ coverage of the Super Bowl begins at 12 p.m. ET February 1.
