Natalie Morales to Broadcast Live from LA and Present at the First-Ever Latin American Music Awards

NEW YORK – October 5, 2015 –”Viva TODAY” is back in its third edition in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, October 6 on NBC’s TODAY, the special series will celebrate the best of Latin culture with celebrities, music, entertainment and food.

The series kicks off with Colombian reggaeton singer J. Balvin live in Studio 1A in his first national morning show performance, which will also simulcast on Telemundo.

Natalie Morales will broadcast from Los Angeles Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9 where she will serve as a presenter at the first-ever Latin American Music Awards. The 2015 Latin American Music Awards will air live on Telemundo Thursday, October 8 at 8pm/7c.

Throughout the week, “Viva TODAY” will feature interviews and appearances from Hispanic musicians, celebrities, and chefs including pop stars Christina Aguilera, and Prince Royce, actors Eva Mendez, John Leguizamo, and Michael Peña, “Top Chef” star Lorena Garcia, cookbook author and chef Pati Jinich, and music mogul Tommy Mottola.
